My sheets were not changed, there was a stain on the sheets which I didn't sleep on. The next day room service come in and made the bed again, and the same sheets were on the bed! Who do I contact at corporate? Not the local location.
I got my door pounded on at 1am by a group of people telling me " to come on out.. we know you're in there".. I hid in the bathroom with the iron and called the front desk.. the people had the wrong room. Moments before check out I went to clean my glasses and a crack pipe came out of the tissue box. I wish I can attach pictures and videos on here because I documented the whole thing
Was a great place we showed up to Austin more early that we thought every place wanted to charge up 2 nights when we had only went for a show and need a place to wash off and relaxed before it started they worked with us on the tab and let us in the room no questions asked it was such a relief to be in a room after such a long bus ride I would of gave stars but the room did smell a bit like cigarette smoke but was tolerable will go there every time we visit Austin tx p.s never trust the taxi cabs we used ubber and was 1/3 of... read more
