Unexpected charges, rude staff, the place is disgusting and I have never been treated so poorly! The place is a rip-off! I don't know how they stay in business. My boyfriend called the front desk to complain about how I was treated and also the unexpected charges we incrued at check in after prepaying and the woman not only yelled at him but threatened to charge us more, kick us out without a refund and threatened to call the police on us. Stay away!! We were in the room 20 min and laid down for a few min after a long drive. Looked over and tons of Roaches were crawling out of the picture frame. We have it on video! The front desk refused to refund since it was over 10 min. She wasn’t phased like she expected that. She offered a new room but there was no way we were staying! Now we are stuck in an unknown town scrounging to find a last minute hotel! This place was disgusting! Video in comments till they take it down!
Let me just sum it up. Cracked walls, support pillars falling apart, rudest staff ever encountered, smells bad, cockroaches and bugs in the bed. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR EFFORT!
Me and my fiance stayed here got in about 11 at night and to our amazement this morning different uses a used condom on the metal rail rack will never stay at a America Best Value Inn ever again in my life
