Displays were dirty and glasses had muck all over. Was greeted by no one when I entered just stared at, terrible experience and would not recommend if you are looking for staff that actually want to help you see better, go around the corner to Lenscrafters you will have better luck!
I came in to get my glasses frames readjusted because they’ve been falling off my face. I was greeted with a warm smile from Jo, the optician. She adjusted my glasses perfectly on the first attempt within 5 minutes and now they feel brand new. Amazing job Jo and thank you again!
