Ms. Jo!! Ms. Jo! Ms. Jo! What an absolute professional. Knowledgeable and personable agent for the company. She took the time to explain to me the important details that helped me pick out the best frame for my glasses. She is an incredible asset to America’s Best!
Jo “the Optcian” from St Augustine was very professional and her customer skills were top notch. Will go back.
Judith is very kind and provides spectacular customer service; the place is also very lovely, and the service is of excellent quality.
Dr. Melanie fixed my broken glass frames beautifully. Very pleasant and professional!
Second time visiting this location for an eye checkup. I worked with Apri after my exam to find new glasses. She was a true pleasure. She was not only professional but also kind, warm and caring. She’s definitely a keeper! Thanks for the great experience thus far!
