i had such a good experience with deondria. she made my appointment less stressful but more fun and accepting. i will keeping coming back i hopes of interacting with her again! she is the absolute best!!
I was first greeted by Deondria who made me feel like we were friends. Very impressive ! Apri helped me with my frames and was professional and friendly. Customer Service is so important to me. ☆☆☆☆☆
Went into America's Best about 3 weeks ago. I received help from Ms. Linda, Ms. Jo and Ms. Diana. Those ladies were extremely patient and kind, and made getting glasses a wonderful experience. 10/10 I would definitely recommend! Thank You!
They are the BEST!!!!! Jo, the Optician did a really through exam and was very nice. Apri, an Associate, did an incredible job helping us pick out frames. I mean, I’ve worn glasses for years but I’ve never had anyone be as helpful explaining sizes and making sure they fit properly. She even brought in Linda, the Manager, who did an AMAZING job helping us find the right size & shape and even found a more expensive pair that were on sale! Is there anything worse than having your glasses break while you're 375 miles from home? Stopped by America's Best to see what could be done WOW was I impressed! Lauren greeted me with a good morning,and asked me how she could help.Told her what my problem was and that's when Melanie took over.They found me a new frame for my lenses and Melanie made sure they were installed properly.Great experience at America's Best with what I thought was going to be a catastrophe.Thanks Ladies!!
