Be prepared to be here all day. They don't care how long you are here. They book at least 2 people every 15 minutes. They make you wait just to purchase something. Done with this place.
One big scam....worst place ever! If your not there for your follow up because you have to work and can't take off because its your new job, and you go in to pick up your contact script, they'll make you pay to redo your exam for not making your follow up. So I paid 80 for exam and one pair of contact just to one in and tell me I had to redo my exam....BTW...I had my exam less than 2 months ago. Its not time for my yearly. Just a scam. Ive never had this issue in 15 years of have contacts/glasses
They gave my grandson glasses that is of no use at night he cannot see I have to lead him around
This place had gotten lousy! Wait forever. Put your name on a list only to push you aside.
Had an appointment for this past Monday. They called me THREE times to reschedule. The third time was 1.5 hours before my appointment. I told them I was going somewhere else.
Went in there for their $69 special. Yeah right, ended up costing me $500
I hate the lack of personal attention. No one offered to assist in helping to pick the frames and I've been here over an hour and not sure how the 2 for works
The wait is forever. It seems like no matter the location, the receptionist doesn't know what to do or what's going on. I've been here over a hour and got nothing accomplished. I just wanted to order my contacts which I didn't know took a hour and 15 minutes.
