My first time ever going was yesterday. I was treated in a timely manner and I left with contacts so I can see now :) Everyone was nice. It was awesome! I will definitely be back!!
My visit on 3/9/17 The check in process definitely needs some work! Then the waiting area could use toys or something to occupy children while they are with parents. This coming from a patient without children however sitting and seeing others with children screaming and nothing to occupy them is frustrating. The only thing pleasant about my visit was the eye doctor Nicole Hannum. Dissatisfied with service.
Awesome experience! It was busy but I didn't wait long for my exam. The Dr was thorough with my exam. Afterwards, another emplpoyee helped me find the perfect frames. I can't wait for them to come in!
This has to be the worst establishment I've EVER done business with!!!!
Made 2 appointments for husband and myself. Took us both at the same time for the pre-exam, which we appreciated. They were super busy but got to us sooner than we expected and Sally was super polite and helpful. Any problems we had were because our eyes are god awful and made everything super expensive. All around good service.
Had appointment but place was packed had to wait maybe 20 minutes no problem employee were hard working to please everyone plus they worked with me to keep me with in my budget
Good prices!! The customer service was awesome. Every worker had a smile on their face. Everyone was willing to help. I will definitely do business with them again!!
