The doctor was very nice to me knowing that I have a very huge issue with going to eye doctors and getting stuff put into my eyeballs and so she works with me and was patient and so with the technicians that worked with me they were very patient especially when it came to doing the puff of air into my eye I think the guy had to do it like 3 times in my left eye and he was just awesome I wish I would have got his name and so overall I had a great experience there the only thing that I could complain about was the wait time af... read more
Good deals for glasses but was in there for a long time. Even with an appt we were in there for over 2 hours but still worth the wait

Wait time was a tad long after seeing the optometrist but the great customer service made up for the wait!
Went in yesterday for my appointment. Had to wait a bit, but it wasn't bad. The staff were nice. The seating in the waiting area to see the doctor was a little uncomfortable and there really wasn't anything in the back to last look at while you waited except a few magazines. After the exam, Sally assisted me with ordering my glasses. She was friendly and helpful. Also I was excepting to pay more than I actually did.
