I’m giving one star mainly because of how many hours it took out of my saturday I was there over 2 1/2 hours I had seen the eye dr within 39 min and he was awesome but then had to wait another 2 hrs to speak to someone so I could order my glasses it would t have taken so long if the manager would stop getting on the other computer beside the lady who was helping another customer and just used her computer I sit and watched this as the lady that ended up helping me couldn’t get anything done because both computers were being ... read more

They are falsely advertising a free exam with the purchase of 2 pair of glasses for $64.95. They don't tell you that if the Optometrist tells you, you don't need glasses that you must pay full price for the exam alone. I went in thinking I definitely needed glasses & was more than happy to buy 2 pair of glasses for $64.95, But they waited until after I got exam & made me pay full price for exam b.c I Didn't need glasses. The staff was very nice and helpful. The dr was friendly and I was in and out in no time. Plus got a great deal by joining their eye care club!
I purchased the 3 year membership a 2 years ago and that's the only reason I come back. Each time I go, it's a long wait for an exam that was scheduled. My prescription ran out and i made an appointment before it ran out. I still have not made it because each time I make an appointment they call me the day before and tell me they arnt going to have a doctor to do my exam. This is ridiculous. I am wearing the same pair of contacts for 3 weeks (they are 2 week contacts) because I live 45 mins away and they keep canceling my ap... read more
I had an excellent eye exam but when it came to getting my contacts the store manager was horrible! She didn't care about my time (even though I was inconvenienced) or trying to satisfy a regular customer! Her service sucked!
