I am a professional and expect to be treated as one. I can see now why the current rating is a C and if everyone took the time to write a review it would probably be a F. I had a schedule appointment today at 10:30 am. When I arrived I was told the appointment had been canceled. When asked why? the young lady at the front desk did not know.
