The worst place I have ever been. The warranty is not any good. They would not replace a cracked lens and said I would have to pay for and it still had a week or more left. And then they would not replace it with out me paying for a new eye exam. So I will be going somewhere else from now on and so will everyone else I know or talk to.
I will never go back! Made 4 trips down and drove an hour and a half each time just to get the run around and lies.
I will never go back! They didn't explain my contact care correctly so I went thru a yr supply in a few months! Two hundred $'s wasted!!
Six employees and only one actually doing anything. Only when we were walking out the door did someone ask if we needed help. The greeter at the front desk seemed annoyed that she had to speak to someone, and couldn't even muster a hello when we came in the door. Horrible customer service.
This place has the slowest service ever! Both times the wait was horrible
