Went yesterday and just had the worst experience. Customer service is at a 0. Upon walking in all the workers were on the phone, but not one looked up from the phone to greet me. Instead I stood there awkward as they went on working. Finally I got the paper work I needed to fill out, and as I did So all I could hear were the people in the back complaining about their lives, their coworkers,and anything else while cursing loudly. My wife and I got our glasses from here earlier this year and we have been very dissapointed ever since! We like our frames but we hate our lenses. Every time we clean them, every day (exactly the way they told us to clean them) they streak and smear and it's hard to see through that stuff. We've went back to talk to them about it and they said there's nothing they can do about it, it seems like it's more like there's nothing they want to do about it. Very, very dissapointed with them!!! We can't afford to go buy new lenses
Return customer here. I've never had a problem. Very friendly customer service. Got 2 pair for $99 that look great and I will go back every year.
I will never go back to this place! The associates are beyond rude and VERY unprofessional. My appointment was scheduled at the wrong time and it's no type of customer service. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to have an eye exam here!
The eye doctor, Dr Peter Pram doesn't know what he's doing, I have poor eye sight due to migraines and cataracts. He said he could fix that part but he couldn't. I was suppose to get a referral to a specialist a week ago and he still hasn't given me one. Also when I received my glasses it gave me double vision. The prices are outrageous, the glasses cost me 303.00,for one pair of glasses. That also included plastic lens. Even though I received my money back for that, I just want to say its a scam and run as fast as you can!
My first eye exam since I was in elementary school. Skipped over everything and went straight to bifocals. Good experience at America's Best. Broke one pair and got them replaced with no hassles in less than a week. I will continue to get my glasses here.
