More expensive than I thought but I have a tricky prescription and they overcame it well. Very helpful staff. Love my glasses. Only thing is they don't take Blue Cross Blue Shield and as I mentioned before I have a tricky and expensive prescription.
Appointment was for 3:30pm. I got here about 20 minutes early to make sure I had time to fill out paperwork. Didn't get called for pretest till 4:00pm. Finally got called in for the eye exam at 4:33. Just to find out they don't carry Acuvue contacts! The most popular brand of contacts in the world. I left without getting an eye exam! I will not be back!!!
Broken glasses 2nd time in less than 2 months. Used warranty first time now I have to pay for new frames. Will use Dr office from here on out. Those glasses lasted longer
I just went in to browse at what frames they had to choose from since I'm in dire need of a new pair with the right prescription & the ladies working there were utterly & unnecessarily rude! I'm not a happy person right now.
