They draw u in with the 69.99 price for glasses then like me and others I talked to I left paying 220.00$. Complete rip off.

it is rediculous to have an appointment, then be told there is a glitch in the online booking system, so you are put in as a walk in. taking more than 2 hours at an eye exam is unacceptable

I made an appointment for Saturday last week. The store cancelled them! Then I rescheduled online for Saturday this week. Showed up 20 minutes before the appointment time and Robin (rude rude woman) says that my appointment was moved to Monday! What the heck? How can you just change people’s appointments at will and not contact them!
Waited for 40 minutes. Just to pick up a box of contacts. Waited on hold for 15 minutes just to see if they had my contacts in stock. Before even coming in. It is absolutely ridiculous it takes so long to get anything done in this office. When I mention it to a woman sitting at her reception desk. I’m just picking up my contacts. That I have been waiting for 20 minutes. I get rude comments. Everyone working here is slow. And do not want to do their job. It shouldn’t take 40 minutes to walk in and pick up a box of contacts !!... read more
