Don’t expect any help anytime soon while you are there!! Laziest people in the world work at this location, and if you do ask for assistance be prepared for attitude and excuses!!!
Do not use these people worse employees I’ve ever seen ordered glasses and took three weeks to get them and when I got here to pick them up only one pair was the right one they never once acted like they cared anything about the fact they never called to even say the glasses was in or sorry for wrong pair after waiting for three weeks for them will NEVER use this place again !!!!!

Terrible Customer service!! We waited about 20 minutes after the exam just to try on a pair of glasses. The entire staff stood around and talked to each other. One lady acknowledged us and she was with a customer. Only after she was done and was helping us did the other people decide they wanted to help. The lady that finally decided to help (after the 1st lady tried helping) us was doing other things with another co worker while helping us. She never fully gave us her attention. The eye exam is very easy and they help you with picking out frames that fit your face and look good on you too.
I actually had a good experience. I was in and out of the place in under an hour!
