just went in here for an appt couldn't pull up my insurance information even though I was able to pull it up and expected me to pay out of pocket was told if they couldn't pull it up nothing they could of done except for give me my insurance number which I had just called. no help what so ever
Waited an hour before walking out. What's the point of making an appointment? You may have America's best glasses but your customer service is terrible.
