RecommendedBridgette and Pam are AMAZING!!! I will admit, 2 years ago I had the worst experience at this location that has sat with me for a while... but they have beyond redeemed themselves with these two ladies today!!!!! We are in the middle of a pandemic and they have gone above and beyond to make sure my husband (who is considered an essential employee) can get more contacts for him to continue to work!!!! I took my mom in today. She had the best visit . Everyone is professional and friendly. They don’t try to be pushy they explain everything clearly. She opted for the 2 pairs of glasses the eye exam was free with this deal and it really is the cost advertised . We would like to say thank you to Norma she was the absolute best when picking out frames she went above and beyond to get my mom exactly what she wanted . This place is top notch 👍 we will definitely be back. 5 starts from us !!
This place has the worst customer service. Close to McDonalds. We were 8 minutes late due to traffic and they acted like they weren’t going to see us because we were “10 minutes” late. No, it took the receptionist 2 minutes to go find the manager to report us. Then they had an attitude with us for the rest of the appointment. The doctor saw us for 5 minutes tops. Norma had a very bad attitude with my daughter when for her follow up because she was having trouble with one contact. Everyone stands behind the counter and no one... read more

I always have had a great experience at this store. The optometrist is friendly and professional. Those who helped from the time that I entered until the time that I left made it a pleasant experience.
Great staff and Dr...glasses was done very quickly and when needing an adjustment..that was also handle while I waited for the Dr....nice place
