My first time here. I was super happy to see so many willing to help. Everyone was very kind. I had a hard time picking my frames but Brigette come to my rescue and in no time had me ready and out the door.
Our experience at this store has been amazing. The entire staff has been helpful! Bridgette went above and beyond what was expected when purchasing my daughter's glasses, and she has been a pleasure to work with. My daughter had an issue with her glasses and Bridgette came to the rescue! Thank you for making this experience with a 10 year old and her new glasses a great one!
The doctor was great! And the staff was very patient in teaching me how to put in and remove my new contacts!
Go to America's best and ask for Bridget (I believe she is the manager). She is AMAZING!!! She will help you in every way possible. And she does so without you even having to ask!
Just left and wanted to give a BIG shout out to Bridgette Bell for being SO awesome! She called me personally, listened to the issue I was having with my contacts and was so incredibly nice about getting the issue figured out and fixed. She apologized for the issue, which was no fault of her own and made sure that I was completely satisfied before I left.
