Highly recommended going here and if you do ask for Ms. Brigette Bell she is absolutely AMAZING ! No question of mine she couldn't answer and she's the sweetest. 😉😊
Made a huge mistake going here. When you put contacts in and tell them your vision isn't right and the girl tells me to wear them and get used to them? Hello I can see better without them than with them? Yeah don't have to have a degree to know that's not right.
If I could give no stars, I would. The people at this place are so RUDE and talk to people like they're stupid. The lady working at the contact station after seeing the doctor told my mom that it was normal for her to NOT be able to see out of them. And then she wants to catch an attitude when my mom told her that she couldn't work with her contacts messed up the way that they were. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BY FAR. WE'LL NEVER GO BACK AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY.
Absolutely the most affordable place to get glasses!. My experience with the staff was pleasant. Brigette Bell, is extremely knowledgeable and treats every customer with personal attention. Loved it!
I love going here. Bridgette is so nice and very helpful.
The office manager was very RUDE to a patient. I can't believe I had to witness this type of behavior in what is supposed to be a professional setting. I'm appalled that my child also had to witness this. By no means should an office manager be so rude to a patient that she has to leave the place balling her eyes out. She even went so far as to go to every other employee in the facility to try to state her case and make the patient appear to be the aggressor who by the way was a sweet lady.
