I had a good experience. I had no idea my vision was as bad as it is but the Dr. Was very friendly and chatty and made me relax about the exam. My glasses are in order and will hopefully be here soon!
The service is mediocre at best. I was lied to about when my glasses with the end as well as told they were there only to find out they weren't. Now I'm still waiting because I had to send the glasses back to get anti glare put on there that wasn't put on there in the first quarter which they blamed on the lab. Regardless my kid has been about 5 weeks total wearing sunglasses because the glasses cannot get done the right way.

Horrible service! I had an appointment about 3 weeks ago about contacts. Ordered a box and knew it would take 7-10 business days to get here. It's been way past that time period and when I keep calling up there about it they're complete snobs AND this morning they hung up on me after putting me on hold for 11 mins! Plus, yesterday they lied to me about both being here so I drove up there and only gave me my right contact... Really?!
Ridiculous! I've had an appointment for 3 days and at the last minute they call to reschedule me BC they over booked! That's not MY fault! All they said was "we understand and apologize but there is nothing we can do". But what they fail to understand is I broke my glasses and cannot see... if I could afford to go somewhere else I would. And I would also give them negative stars.
