These are the worst glasses I've ever bought, they should tell you the lense upgrades and that the glasses are garbage unless you pay extra, and I have to go and do another exam because the prescription is wrong. Biggest waste of money and time. Then the staff gossips about other staff. One person who wasn't doing anything was asked to help call glasses and she said no and continued to do nothing. My glasses sat for 2 days, I had to call to see if they came in, they never bothered to call me. Worst service and product ever.
This place is horrible! The staff is incompetent and rude. The whole experience was horrible and if you have insurance they really rip you off!!! Then you get a bill and they want you to pay them even more than you agreed to for their terrible service and Dollar Tree quality glasses. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. They suck.
They had me in and out in less than 45 minutes. Awesome

So far so good..A very good eye exam and the staff was very nice and friendly. Ordered 2 pairs of glasses yesterday. Will let you know how fast mine get here. I was 5 to 7 days.
I broke my glasses yesterday and they got me in for a same day appointment. It was fast and easy. I can't wait until my new glasses arrive.
