The employees wear above and beyond with customer service very happy can't wait to get my new glasses
Years ago this was a friendly place once you entered but my experience yesterday was horrible. Associates didn't want to call my insurance company to get information but I gave her my card though. She told me I had to do it if I wanted to be seen. It only took my 5 minutes to contact them but that put me behind 6.
Absolutely awful they are a waste of money I was quoted 5 to 7 business days well it's been two weeks and nothing if I'd have known this I could have taken my money elsewhere ... I have been given the run around by every employee.. They must be trained that way but was also told that I was mistaken about the day I came in... Funny I have a receipt... Horrible customer service. Glasses hadnt even been inspected after coming back from the lab. When I asked them to see if they were right, the lensometer was unplugged (at both ends). Staff is saying ridiculous and untrue things to get people to upgrade lenses. Waiting on the remake of my glasses now- been 2 weeks since recheck. Dont go here.
It was a wonderful experience... No wait time, friendly staff and Optometrist was very experienced and changed my prescription that no one has ever got creative to understand my needs to see distance as well as close up without bifocals! #shesaiditwasmath #americasbestcontacts&eyeglassesisthebest
