Messed up my prescription had me buy contacts 2 times saying it was the contacts. It isn’t she prescribed me to strong of a prescription now making me wait 2 weeks for a appointment to fix her mistake. While I’m stuck with contacts that are too strong probably messing up my eyes more. They don’t care about customers or the health of your eyes.

El servicio pésimo llevo esperando por mis espejuelos k lo nesecito de urgencias ya que trabajo y además page por ellos no fueron gratis......no contesta la llamada ya que trabajo y no puedo ir a cada rato decocionda completamente y eso que no me entregado los espeguelo que me imajino si haci es el servicio haci será los lentes que lastima...... le dejas mesaje ni eso llama.....

RecommendedAs far as angles there is one that is at the Dorman Center America's Best. Last Wednesday myself and my wife had had a very disappointing and bad day. My insurance on mine and my wife's eyewear was no where near enough to pay for the total amount that was due at the previous places we had been. When we got there and was taken care of by a young lady named Skylar she fitted me and my wife for our glasses. Our insurance didn't cover it there all the way either but not by much. Worst customer service ever, I’ve been dealing with them for two weeks now and have not gotten any answers at all. They will leave you on the line for 10+ mins and hang up and not call back. Then they tell you they will call back and give you answers and never do.
Stay away, unless you like poor customer service. Worst experience Ever. Ordered contacts on July 1st, on the 13th called to see where they were, and was told there was no order in for them. The staff seems preoccupied with things besides their jobs.
Staff is friendly and ok in person, but I had an eye exam the first week of March. I have called twice to find out when my glasses would be in, and the first time I was hung up on, second time I was on hold for 20 mins.. currently sitting on the phone again for 18 minutes and counting. I told her i wanted to check the status of my glasses because Im not supposed to be driving without them. She put me on hold without even taking my name. receptionst are rude... wont be coming back.
I will never go to the Spartanburg location again. They are very unorganized. I have never been to an optometrist that takes over 2 hours.
I had a 4:50 appt I arrived at 5:03 my fault I was late and was told they have a 10 minute window and told to reschedule I was ok with that , Only to find out after I left they had sent me an email at 4:45 stating they had already canceled my appointment . when I called back to ask why the girl had the nerve to be rude about it. Looks like mistakes were made by both of us. But I would never return...
