Aside from the salesman Jimmy....the management is horrible. Avoid this place! There are so many other options nearby that are far better!
Very poor customer service! I'd been fired if I'd treated a customer the way I was today. So, I walked out and took my business elsewhere ! Your staff was more worried about a carpet stain, that my mom offered to steam clean at her expense, than our satisfaction. DO NOT DO EYE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, I don't trust them w/my sight
This place is a joke. Online and on their storefront window,it says walk ins welcome, but then when we got inside they said walk ins were only accepted if there was a cancellation of a booked appointment. Obviously they don't know what a walk in is.
Went in yesterday after 5 years since my last appointment..MUCH better than my first! Excellent service and far better skilled at making sure my lenses will have the proper vision field. Everything was clean and professional. Yes, I have to wait to get my glasses. But, overall, it was a good experience.
This place sux!! I went in tonight and their were a few customers and staff helping them. I began to look at frames while I waited to be helped. After about 15 minutes I realized all the customers were gone and I was the only one left. The staff went about their merry way in their own world and never bothered to say a word to me. No hello. No may I help you. Not even a glance my way. Screw that! Worst customer service in town!!! Don't waste your time! They don't even deserve 1 star.
Wonderful staff and the most friendly and caring people you could wish to meet!
