Worst place ever! Customer service is horrible and is a disgrace to our community. Marina who works as a tech there has the worst bedside manners ever along with Cindy Hopkins the manager there. The Dr has issues also as you read on other forums. Other than the inappropriate comments made by the eyeglass pick up person , I am currently satisfied with the service I received. Should I need further assistance, I hope that customer service is friendly and helpful.
I wish there was an option to give this business negative stars. Worst business ever. My fiancé went in for an eye exam and glasses. Recently when he went in to get a copy of his prescriptions for both lenses and contacts, they told him that they forgot to charge him some $80 for the exam (which was paid and we have the receipt to show payment). Each time we have been in, staff have been very rude and not helpful whatsoever. They gave me a difficult time when I asked for a copy of his receipt and prescriptions. This is the a... read more
Worst experience ever at an eyeglass store. Sitting waiting to to be seen. Appointment was at 10am. We were there at 945am. At 1115am after seeing clients enter for exam that arrived 30min well after we did,were being seen. Ask why? Explanation. .......I'm really not sure..... would you like to reschedule your appointment? Basically a Ronald McDonald outfit. Only went there due to a special they have going on.
