I liked my experience here.. Some things could be improved but the prices are great. Much cheaper contacts than what I was buying via Walmarts Eye Center.
Purchase 6mo worth of contacts for $300 for my son, they all ripped in less than 2 months, one was even ripped before opening it (son has been in contacts for 8 years not new to contact care) come to find out, after being disrespected at the store, that my sons prescription was +1.5 too high and he didn't need a torqued lens, after he was reexamined. I have been in 3x's - and each time the 'Optician' couldn't locate my insurance plan...added a certain type of lense to my order that I did not ask for - nor does my insurance cover - then tried to over charge me even after figuring out my insurance. I told her 'I have never paid more than the co-pay for glasses. I'm not ordering today' - and left. I will need my script mailed to me so I can go elsewhere to get them.
Dr Gray is THE BEST! Great service, reasonable prices.
I have been coming here for years but my last experience is a game ender. I recently got new glasses and have been struggling fir the last month to see up clise. After calling in tiday, totally frustrared, I was told that my glasses were distance only. Why would I not have been told that? Why would it be thought that would be ok? I do a lot of up close work, reading, etc. And now I'm told it will cost me more to get fixed? Really? I'm beyond frustrated. No more. You lost my business.
I have been coming here for years and they are great! They just seem to be always busy for their location. I would and have always highly recomended them!!
