I've come here for about 5 years now and I'll never go any place else. Great customer service and best value around for sure!
Everyone was so friendly! The two people who did my exam were hilarious and one of them lived over by my hometown which made it easy to connect. A great selection of frames. Very easy to access.
I called to buy a gift certificate for my son in college. I live no where near this location. They absolutely refuses to sell it to me. They lied and said it's company policy and can not send out a gift certificate in the mail. After I hung up I called another location and they happily volunteered to sell and mail one to me immediately. Be very careful here. They do NOT care about their customers.
Best customer service ever!! From the lovely ladies at the front desk to the kind gentleman who dug through boxes of customer files, so I could order my contacts. They went above and beyond!! Thanks for excellent service. This is why I drive so far.
Never again! I used to buy my glasses from there but the last time I went, Amanda treated me extremely and horribly rude! Terrible customer service from her and uninformed on top of it all@
Horrible place and they get an attitude when you try talking them especially John Vunovic!!!
If I could give a lower star, I would. I went to this institution last September to get a contact lens exam, eye glass exam and purchased glasses. I also went ahead and enrolled in their frequent program. Today, I called to receive my contact lens prescription so that I could order them from another company and was told no. In order to receive the prescription I had already paid for, I would need to come in, have it faxed or mailed.
