I am trying to get my son's contact prescription faxed to me and they refuse because of the "required" follow up visit. The contacts are fine. Give the prescription I PAID for. I will be going into the office. They can't refuse to give what we paid for! When I call they tell me they are sending it but that is a LIE!!!! Stay away from this place!!! It is not worth it at all!

Been going here for 3 years now. I got a pair of glasses with high index for only $200. So cheap. The experience is always positive! Also, the new doctor is hilarious and fast.
they don't tell you ur warranty Is a one time use. there easy to scratch they don't last even 6ms. horrible NEVER AGAIN 😤

The glare coating came off the lenses of my $220 pair of Eyeglasses I've had for 28 months. They only have a one year guarantee so too bad for me. Just wanted others to know not to get suckered in like I did and buy expensive glasses from a place that makes an inferior product they only give a one year guarantee because it's so inferior.. I wore Walmart glasses for 10 years without incident.
