I used America’s Best for the first time last week. I was a little skeptical based off of the reviews here but I had a great experience! I was in and out quickly. The doctor was very nice and listened to all my concerns. The gentlemen that helped me with my frames were friendly and professional and I got my new glasses in less then a week! Also they got my prescription perfect, I haven’t been able to see this well in years!!
WORST EXPERIENCE! Went in and paid for a contact and eye glasses exam. Purchased glasses and when i went to pick them up I asked for my contact prescription and they refused to give it to me. I have already paid for the service! I will not be recommending to anyone and will be taking my glasses back for a refund on everything.
I have been a customer for over 10 yrs. They were wonderful to me, until today. My glasses I bought from them broke, I was walking around with 10 yr old glasses, a headache from an incorrect prescription, and as a 10 yr customer asked for trial pair of contacts from a valid contact appt 3 mo ago that I was willing to pay for, while paying for the box there right then and there. They refused service and any assistance at all. The manager was EXTREMELY rude. Exceptionally awful. Spend your money and time elsewhere.
Great customer service! Love my new glasses and even getting the extras it was cheaper than any glasses I’ve bought before. They did a great job getting my bifocals right! Thanks
I have always had good experiences here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have had exams for glasses and contacts. I love their selection of glasses, name brand but for a cheaper price and they last. The contact eye exam was great, I did have to go back for follow ups but they were quick and easy. I had trouble finding the right brand of contact for me but they continued working with me to find the right ones for me and we’re very knowledgeable. Very happy with their services!
Very rude and unorganized
This place is extremely rude! Went in for an appointment today at 12:30pm and said I was going to run my dads insurance through and they told me that if I did not have an answer from my insurance by 12:35 for the policy number that I was going to have to reschedule because the doctor was going to lunch. Patients should always come before doctors! Do not recommend going there. Will not be returning.
