I just wanted to give a big thank you to Nicki - the Contact Lens manager. Today she worked a miracle and was able to fix some badly damaged glasses of mine. Thank YOU Nicki - you are the BEST!
Customer service today at 2:30 was completely AWFUL. Made an appointment and asked if I could have a pair of contacts until my appointment next week because I was all out. And I was refused a pair because my prescription was expired. I asked the front desk if i was expected to be blind for a week and he said "essentially yes". Awful place awful service. Get new employees. Going to pearl vision.
The woman adjusting my frames broke the earpiece of my glasses and said there was nothing they could do because I didn't buy them there, that their policy is "adjustments at your own risk". Not happy
