Picked up my new glasses today and I have been to several other more expensive eye glass places over the years but the experience I have had at this place over the last year is phenomenal. I have broken or messed up my glasses 3-4 times and they have fixed or replaced them for me quickly each time and every single staff member is out of their way friendly and in this world full of usual selfish jackasses that is huge to me! .... Eye appointment is cancelled 3 hours prior by America's Best and the best they can do to reschedule is a week later. I am glad this wasn't an emergency and I needed glasses or contacts ASAP. Very disappointed since this was my first visit and first impression.
Dr.Witt was excellent and Izabell very helpful. I was offered the upgrades which I declined. Period! I didnt feel pressured I felt informed. I will go back next year and i forgot to mention the very sweet young man that took us in first! With me trying to hop off the chair everytime the puff hit my eye. I will be back!
I had a great experience! Everyone was so nice and friendly! They have a lot of glasses options to choose from at a very reasonable price!!!! ���
Isabelle and Kristine have given us such amazing service everytime we have come in, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. The way they interact with my 10 & 5 year old boys makes my heart thankful we found this place. The prices are great and the service is un-matchable!
