Horrific lack of client service. Had no interest in accommodating an appointment when they were several hours from closing. Had to wait 8 minutes before anyone even came over to ask why I was there.

RecommendedMy first experience was in June when my husband broke his only pair of glasses. That day Kristine was helping him with glasses and contacts. She is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, understood our insurance and advised us how to best use it (pay out of pocket for contacts vs glasses). She made it a great experience. So I looked for her when I went back recently for new glasses for myself. I had last gotten a prescription filled from Walmart for progressives and they were never right. Incredibly long wait for a simple eye exam. Rude staff. Appt time meant nothing.
Everyone was great. I had not had an eye exam for thirty plus years, and didn't know what to expect. Very professional service. I was not rushed through. The Doctor actually took her time, and she found I have an eye disease I knew nothing about. She also gave me vitamin samples to start using. Very pleased with all of the staff, especially Kristine who set me up with my new glasses. Thank y'all. �
Very poor customer service.. Very bad service. They tell you one thing on the phone and then come in and complete different story. Dont bother making an appointment, it doesnt mean anything to them
