I was there an hour and a half and never even got to pick out my frames. I had to leave due to my child’s daycare closing. I figured having an appointment two hours prior to needing to pick her up would be plenty of time, but apparently that’s not the case.

slow. 45 past my appointment. I was on time! acted like they were in a hurry! will go somewhere else next time.
all I had to do was pay for my glasses... I've been waiting for over an hour just to give money!!! very disappointed. took someone else ahead of me. I was here before them. the did not have appt. very poor Service.
