We started the process with AVA in November 2019 to apply to VA for assistance for our Mom who is in an assisted living facility; Everyone from the Case Manager, Ardee D*******, to the Document Control personnel as well as the initial contacts who explained the program and costs was helpful and professional. Great people....fantastic results! You have to be patient... the government is slow. Without the financial assistance of the Veterans Administration my mother would not have nightly care. Thank you!

AVA rescued us! I had started to try and navigate applying for aid for my parents and was overwhelmed and unsure what forms would be needed to obtain their aid. A friend recommended AVA when I was telling her how afraid I was that I would miss something important and it would delay or negate them being eligible. Living in Florida, with my veteran relative in north Ohio and at 93 and in assisted-living you people made it so easy and so possible for him to get the reward that he earned I thank you from the bottom of my heart. John F****

Thank you AVA for helping my dad get his benefit! We had a little hiccup in the end with them closing the case and trying to get ahold of our representative to get it fixed, but the document needed was submitted and a few weeks later he was approved.

Everyone that I worked with at AVA was very helpful and the process worked swiftly and efficiently so that my 96 yr. old father could get his benefit. Angelo at AVA was amazing! He skillfully walked us through the extremely complicated VA application process getting my elderly brother-in-law’s application submitted in less than four weeks. We were all thrilled that once approved, the payments from the VA were RETROACTIVE to the date of submission! AVA knew just what to do, helped us get all required documents and coached us in completing the numerous forms. They were "lightning fast" and did a great job. We are all very grateful! Barry B.

Not only did my Dad receive his benefit, it happened quickly, thanks to the AVA crew - Ned, Ardee and Andrea. They walked us through the application process where I was reminded you have to "eat the elephant one bite at a time", and it worked. What a relief. Thank you AVA.
