My father who is the veteran he passed away 16 years ago, ever since I've been working on getting benefits for my mom on and off over the years. VA always needing more paperwork more proofs but, still with the same results in the end DENIED! Plenty of times I get discouraged and just want to give up but, I knew I would not be able to help pay for my mom's care and what she receives from social security would not be enough. I received approval within 2 weeks of filing my application for the Aid and Attendance Benefit. No doubt the assistance I received from AVA help move this application along. There were no requests or updates required for a decision to be made on my application. I’m very pleased for the service I received from AVA.

Ana did a magnificent job helping my brother and I get the benefits form my Dad's active war time duty as a US Marine. She stepped me through the forms and details I needed to get this done. There was a wait time between turning in the paperwork to the time of first benefit deposit. But Ana did warn us and with the COVID19 pandemic afoot we were not sure how this would effect us. Thank you Ana for all the help!! Wonderful Job Done!

American Veterans Aid guided me through the entire process of collecting, organizing, and submitting the needed information to the VA for my mother-in-law. They then reviewed the whole package and sent it to me with clear instructions on what to do next and where to send it. They also warned me that it can take several months to get VA aid approved. They did an extraordinary job, and incredibly it was approved by the VA in just under 2 months. Great job!

Originally my mother was denied benefits. AVA assisted me with completing the correct paperwork and she immediately was approved. I really appreciate their assistance.

This is the THANK YOU letter we sent to The AVA (AMERICAN'S VETERAN'S AID) Dear AVA, THANK YOU! Thank you, THANK YOU! We can hardly find word's to express our gratitude! We really NEEDED help with my husband's daily care. Pete, Ardee, Mr. V********** EVERYONE was SO HELPFUL and kind. And what REALLY overwhelmed us was the speed in which the aid came THROUGH! Was hesitant at first but one of the smartest choices you can make is to get the help and expertise from American Veterans Aid. All the stories of taking months to process only took a weeks to get approved once application was submitted and received. Could not be more relieved and satisfied with their services! Highly recommended!
