Keith M. I talked to Monica with AVA for the first time on 3/26/2021. I had gone on line before that to see if I thought we could get this process done ourselves. I am so glad we went with AVA, they knew exactly what to do and what steps to follow to get the approval. It is now June 1st and we have already received a payment for May. My brothers and I are ecstatic that the process worked and worked fast. Thank you AVA.

I can't say enough about American Veterans Aid. When I applied for the benefit from American Veterans Aid I was hopeful that the process would go smooth and quickly "enough" but I was amazed how much help I received from AVA to ensure that the application process was done right. I followed their clear instructions and received guidance from them when needed. The process went much better than expected and I received an approval in a very timely manner.

The service was quick and well worth the investment. Dad was approved and will soon be able to place him in a facility where he can be properly taken care of.

In 2012, we completed the application for my aunt and went back in forth with the VA for over 7 months.. never did get it approved before she passed. This time I thought I knew the system and could do it myself. I was skeptical at first bc of the fee . I then decided I would use them for my moms application.All I can say it was $$ well spent. Our approval was less than one (1) month . Monica did a great job explaining their services. All the staff was knowledgeable and responsive. I give them the BEST rating.

We were so happy to have the assistance of applying for the much needed financial support of the VA for my Korean War Veteran father. From the start of the application to receiving the award was only about 45 days. The company was in weekly touch with me and was available anytime we had a question. Without their help we would have difficulty paying for the assisted living facility that my father needed.so desperately.

We would highly recommend American Veterans Aid to any veteran who served his or her country. This aid will help keep my father in his home. We experienced the highest quality of professionalism from the entire staff. The special software Mr. Vander H*** designed was the secret to this process. I worked with Ardee D******** and his Team (Supervisor is Joyce N************). Ardee’s Team worked with me every step of the way answering my questions right away and providing much needed direction on attaining all the necessary documents. They completed the forms using the information I sent to them, then sent them to me. I reviewed, signed and submitted to the VA. American Veterans Aid does what they say they will do. In my book, they are batting 1.000. I have already sent them two referrals.
