Excellent Service! My home inspector was Eric L. Eric was very knowledgeable and very easy going. Eric was thorough with the inspection and was very helpful at putting them in layman's terms. Rob did a great job! I thought Rob did a great job in the inspection of our new home. We have had a run of bad inspectors in the past and it was so refreshing to get someone really detailed, patient and thorough. Highly recommended! We have used Rob with AVHI for two home inspections and were so incredibly happy with our experience. First, Rob was willing to work with us to get an inspection scheduled on very short notice and never once made us feel bad for it.
