Flexible and Responsive! Rob W. inspected my first home 7 yrs ago and I had him come back for our recent purchase. My wife and I have been very pleased with his work on both occasions. On Time and Comprehensive Rob came out on time and was very thorough. He led us through all of our question areas with great detail and provided a comprehensive report just a day or two after completion.
Very clear and communicated well! I thought Eric was a very nice person. He took his time and inspected everything thoroughly. We were told we could follow behind him for questions to be answered. Great job! Everything went really smoothly when Eric inspected my house. It was my first time inspecting an investment property in Cincinnati and everything went well. He showed up a minute or two early and completed the inspection without me needing to be there.
