Contracted to have gutters cleaned, workers arrived on time, completed the cleaning and inspected parts of roof. Recommended replacement of pipe rubber seals as an additional activity. Gave go ahead for an additional $200. After seeing removed seals, contacted owner Brian who agreed it was not necessary work at this time. Brian discounted work $100 which was greatly appreciated. I believe Brian is a stand up and honest individual. Would use his company again.
