I like this place Esma IS AMAZING always helping to get things done with an astounding patient care service.
I've visited 3 times. I consulted with Dr. Keya, who was fine and friendly. My first PSG was to confirm/exclude sleep apnea. The overnight tech was rude and condescending, constantly stating "I've been doing this job for over 25 years" which is only nice to hear when I'm being treated well. Otherwise, I'm just a client and this is just a job. When I was called back for my results, which were negative for OSA, I was informed of several potentially deadly oxygen drops, so they were getting me approved for Narcolepsy testing. I... read more
American Sleep Medicine in Rockville was great! The staff was super friendly, especially Lauren at the front desk. Very professional and knowledgeable, I will be continuing service with them for as long as I can.
I've been trying for weeks to get an itemized receipt, so that I can submit it for FSA reimbursement. There is apparently only one person on staff who can access their billing system, and she can never be reached and will not return my phone calls. This is ridiculous.
