I would give 0 stars if I could. Unable to load my employment verification (months ago), called for assistance, received assistance (yay, or so I thought), and now getting the run around. I called today as I could not find the option to renew/pay my annual fee and I'm being told the information was not "loaded correctly," so I "didn't get my 30 pts necessary," and it is "not fixable."
