DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE RIP YOU OFF. I applied for certification in my field and they did not approve a verification. They failed to reach out to me. My app expired and I kept having to REPEATEDLY CALL their call center over months to get things sorted out, just to be told they rejected my app and I would have to reapply. They very rude age ts on the phone who talk down to you. I'm not going through that again. GO ELSEWHERE!!!
* Wouldn’t let me rate it with stars. If so I’d do 1 Star... I have been certified through NCCT for over 8 years and have never had a problem. Recently we got orders to move to another state and I’ll be working in the military base but they require a certification through AMT and not NCCT. I paid the fees, completed the training and have been trying to get my work experience verified. 3 of my employers have filled out the form and emailed it back 3 times.
