Customer service is so rude! I’ve been having trouble getting my test scheduled, almost everyone I spoke with are horrible. I’ve already paid my money so when I call with questions in regards to when I can take my test I don’t need nasty attitude. The young lady I spoke with today was thee worst, that matter will be taken higher than her manager. You shouldn’t be on customer service if you don’t want to help people. Considering suck up the $120 as a lost and going with another company.
