This Program is only about Money don’t give the proper information need then tell u that u r Deactivated and what u to pay $175 to recertify I guess it is What it is because when u call No One Cares!!!!! I hope something could be done about this because it’s not Fair!!!!!
Best certification agency ever. I have friends that have a ton of issues with their other agencies and I have no issues with mine. Always treats me great I love them.
I purchased A.M.T. practice tests and when I took the actual National test at Pearson's. It didn't help me none, the questions were totally different. I am very disappointed........
I have asked each of the three years multiple times to get the sticker that comes with the card and they have been very apologetic and said they would send one out right away I have never received them. An email yesterday that I sent out asking if I could get some I got a really rude reply that said you already have them to come off your card I wouldn't be wasting my time writing an email if I had them. Poor customer service that we pay for with our member ship dues they don't care about there members.
They don’t realize people with this certification and degree work in other industries and wouldn’t accept the work verification. I work more with doctors, nurses, and medical then when I did with the lab but apparently it’s not good enough. Makes me ashamed to be in this group.
