I took my RMA exam September 28 and I have yet to recieve my package in the mail. it has supposedly been sent 3 times and still nothing. I asked if they can send it with a tracking and they said I would have to pay for it. It's not my fault I have not received my package which includes my certification that I worked so hard for! Never again!!
