I've used American Limousines on 2 occasions (Wedding and Bachelor party) and both were great experiences. Our limo driver for the wedding showed up 30 minutes early and was very helpful loading any items we needed in the limo. We even hit some traffic and he knew a shortcut that saved us at least 20 minutes! Both limousines were beautiful and clean. I would highly recommend them if you are planning a special event.
I will never use this company nor recommend them to anyone for any event! Never showed up for my good friends bachelorette party! Left us high and dry after wasting hours of our time on the phone with them as they claimed they were locating a driver when all 35 ladies that were in attendance should have been out for their friends big night! Can I give less than 1 star? Think twice before using American Limousine. They made sure they collected our money in advance but didn't show up for our event. When we called it took over an hour and no one could tell us what was going on.
Horrible... Never showed up after we confirmed our event just 2 days prior! We had confirmation and they had already cashed our deposit of coarse! After over an hour into the event they finally told us they could not find us a driver needless to say the Bachelorette Party was ruin for the bride and 30 friends! Take your business elsewhere!! Poor poor excuses from the owner and and person on call! Wish I could give negative stars!
Horrible customer service!! Very disappointing! They never showed up for our event, after taking the deposit months in advance and even confirming a day prior! Absolutely terrible!
