Everything was fine until they charged me almost 60$ more two days later after we asked the limo driver before hand if it was ok to make an extra stop to drop a friend off afterwards ! After we tiped the limo driver almost 100 to do soo ! So unprofessional!
Recently booked a limo through American Limousines for my brothers bachelor party to take a group of 10 of us around Baltimore. The customer service was great and I received a confirmation call two days prior to the event. The limo arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled arrival and the driver was very professional. I would recommend their service to anyone!

I used American Lmousines' service 2 weeks ago. I was booking last minute, thinking it would be a hassle, but I was dead wrong. Customer service was accommodating and our driver was friendly, early to pick us up and even let us leave a little later from our event.
