Avoid at All Costs We hired American Limousine for our wedding. We had 6 signed contracts covering timing, routes, and driver instructions. They breached every single one. And not because of bad luck, but because their drivers never even read what we paid for. I have been using American limousine for the past few years. We used them since 2012 for our wedding day,... also used for various airport trips and events since. The business has been great since then. I would highly recommend.
We used American Limousines last October. Their pricing was competitive based on the 5 total companies I had provide quotes. Not the lowest or the highest. Kelly in the office was very quick to respond and provide updated quoted based on multiple changes to the schedule and locations. They picked up six middle aged idiots a couple of blocks from M&T Stadium after the Ravens game. I am a frequent renter of the school buses with American Limo. They are the only company I use and the only company I recommend to others. This weekend we had a big event and our driver Andrea, whom we have had quite a few times, was wonderful, as she always is. We are A LOT to deal with and she handles it with ease. Thank you Andrea!
