Never have I seen a more unprofessional company. I pay 1450.00 a year for my son to take the bus to and from school more times then not the bus has forgotten to pick the kids up, skipped schools and just today forgot an entire school! no matter what the issue is when I call I am told that either there was a new driver or the bus has broken down. never ever again. The staff act like it's not a big deal
I will never ever use this company again, nor recommend it to anyone. I paid for a limo. The limo allegedly broke down, so they sent me a van. This was my daughter’s 13th birthday outing. They acted like they did me a favor by sending me a van instead. I would give them a negative number with regards to customer service. Their website says “we promise to be clear in our communications and to verify your travel arrangements so that nothing is left to chance”. American Limousines, Inc is an excellent company, we planned a round trip from Harford Co to the Airport and received great service from the Reservation Reps I spoke to and the Driver, Ryland. The 29 passenger mini-coach was very spacious & accommodated our group. Thanks again for your great service. Definitely will call again. Thanks.

American Limousines was great for our wedding in Baltimore. They were super helpful/flexible in scheduling pick-ups at the hotel, and did continuous trips at the end of the evening. We got a large white bus that was big enough to get everyone where they needed to be. Very fair price, and easy to work with. Thanks!
We used American Limousine for a group trip to and from NYC to the cruise terminal. Our driver, Will, was early for each trip and super friendly. He helped all 31 of us with loading and unloading our luggage. He was a safe driver and we loved his smile! We will definitely be using American Limousine for our next trip!
