This is my second time using American Limousine and they have always been wonderful and professional to deal with. We rented a sprinter limo for a bachelorette party this weekend, we absolutely loved it. Renita who handled our reservation was amazing and Charles our driver could not have been any nicer. We were a handful and Charles not only was super patient with us but went above and beyond to ensure we had a safe and fun experience. Thank you so much Charles!!!
Excellent Service! Excellent Drivers! Wonderful experience all together. On time and comparable prices to other places. Bus was nice.
If I could I would not give any stars! This company is terrible! Their unfortunate problem is that they record all phone conversations and think they are being slick but trying to fire people. They terminated employee who did their job. They had a phone conversation about it that was later picked up and recorded and shared! Favoritism is played, And !from what I understand this company is absolutely terrible at customer service and diligence for the customer! I would not recommend this company over a taxi cab company!
We had the best experience with American Limousines. We had a perfect Holiday night thanks to them. They were reliable, the driver was courteous and kind- could not of gone better- I highly recommend them!
My husband and I used this company for our wedding and we were very disappointed. As I arrived to our venue the shuttle that was supposed to be making continuous trips to and from the hotel to bring our guests was just sitting there. The driver stated he made one trip only. When I tried to explain what our contract entailed he was very rude and dismissive. I was in a wedding recently and this company completely screwed up. They failed to transport at least half of the wedding party to the hotel! And the customer service response was inappropriate to the bride and groom!!Do not use this company!
Our wedding started 25 minutes late due to the poor service provided by this company; and half of our hotel guests had to take cabs and Uber to get to the venue. And, poor attitude as well. Take my advice- choose another service.
Can I give negative stars. One star implies that they deserve to be in business. It's too bad that they brag about having 40 vehicles and none of them can show up when they were contracted for. Even worse is having a bad attitude afterwards. Word of advice, hold out half the $ because it will match the service
This company upset the bride to be, didn't follow their contract, spoke rudely to members of the party and ultimately parked and sat when they should have been running multiple trips. If anyone knows anything about weddings they know that the details are crucial and awesome customer service is key.
