I was very pleased with American Irrigation. They contacted me promptly after I entered the Home Advisor request, set up a good appointment time with me, and showed up right on time. The service tech Brian was very professional, got the job done quickly, and also checked and adjusted the rest of the system to make sure everything was working properly. The price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend them!

Incomplete information provided – I called american irrigation systes and asked them their prices. They told me that it was $75 per hour for the service call and they charged by the quarter hour after that. I told them the size of my yard and how many zones. I told them all of the sprinkler heads needed to be raised. I asked for a ballpark estimate to know whether I could afford to have the system serviced and they said they couldn't do that. Would highly recommend this company. From the initial call to the project completion, this company knows what customer service is all about. Brian did a great job on the sprinkler system, found and corrected every problem, explained the system, walked me through it, made adjustments, recommendations and overall went above and beyond. He was a pro in every sense.

Absolutely fabulous experience. Both technicians arrived promptly and on time. The entire scope of the project was discussed and talked through. Options were provided and definitely did not feel that unnecessary time and materials were spent on the project. Labor cost was under what was spent on previous service. A definite rehire for future projects. Felt that entire experience was focused on building a relationship rather than merely a business transaction.
