Business response:
Wish we knew who this was, so we could find out what was terrible. It is unfortunate that if you have this type expierence you don't give us a call so we have the opportunity to make a better expierence for you if you would allow it. Is this truly a customer, I was told that there are competitors giving bad reviews to good companys, and if that is so that is ashame.
The installation tech was very knowledgable and worked tirelessly to maximize the performance of my existing sprinkler system. I highly recommend this company.

Quality work
American Irrigation was very professional and courteous. I felt that they solved the problem I had. The owner Steve gets involved and has a great team.
I had a non-functional irrigation pump in a home I purchased. Kent trouble shooted the old system, located the problem (a corrupt pump start relay), replaced the relay and got the sytem was working. He seemed to have a thourough understanding the electonics and mechanics. Took about 2 hours. I am pleased and would recommend AIS.
The response time was great - I was contacted in less than 30 minutes. They came out as promised and did all the repair work in less than an hour. I will use them again for all my sprinkler system work.
Brian did an excellent job locating and repairing the sprinkler system leak that was causing the ground above it to sink.
